Summer Volleyball Schools:
Learn to hit with proper mechanics that will save your shoulder and produce more power.
When: Fridays from 5:30-7:30p
Learn proper release and body position to increase accuracy and consistency. Also, learn how to defend and make good setting decisions. These sessions overlap with attack/blocks sessions so setters can get live feedback from hitters.
When: Fridays from 6:30-8:30p and Saturdays 2:00-4:00pm
Back Row/Serve Receive School
Learn how to read an offensive/server and how to properly react to the ball.
When: Fridays from 7:30-9:30pm and Saturdays 3:00-5:00pm
Increase your vertical, cover court faster and be in better volleyball shape.
When: Scheduling will vary with each athlete.
All Around School
Learn the skills necessary to be a better all around player and earn more time on the court.
When: Saturdays from 5:00-7:00pm
College Prep: Strength & Conditioning
Headed off to college? Make sure you are in good physical shape before you start fall volleyball.
When: Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 9:00am
